EUMainThe orders received by Amari Home will be processed within 1 to 2 business days, between Monday-Friday, from 9am to 4pm (Portugal time). Orders shall not be processed or dispatched during weekends and public holidays. Should the order miss this cut off period, it will only be processed the next business day, during the business hours mentioned above.

Once the order has been evaluated by Amari Home, the customer will be contacted via email with payment details and confirmation of delivery address before the order is dispatched. Providing and confirming the correct delivery address is sole responsibility of the customer and therefore Amari Home is not responsible for any mistakes on the delivery process. The customer will be accountable for any costs related to changes of address and/or return of goods after the order has been dispatched. Please note that orders will only be dispatched once total payment has been made and the relevant proof of payment has been sent by the customer to the email geral@amarihome.pt

All deliveries will occur between Monday-Friday during business hours, so please ensure that there will be someone to receive the order, otherwise we suggest proving an alternative delivery address to guarantee that the order is received.

Amari Home operates with countries that are part of the European Union. For sale and delivery of products to countries outside the European Union, please contact us at geral@amarihome.pt as shipping and tax rates may vary. 

Amari Home offers standard shipping rates for Portugal mainland and Islands, and varying shipping rates for other countries, within or outside the EU market. Please note that the standard rates for Portugal may vary according to order size.

The shipping rates are as follows:

• Portugal (Mainland):

Standard Shipping: from €10 (can vary for large orders)

Delivery time: 2-5 business days

• Portugal Islands:

Standard Shipping: from €15 (can vary for large orders)

Delivery time: 3-8 business days

• EU Countries (Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Sweden and Netherlands):

Standard Shipping: from € 15 (not a standard rate – dependant on item and order size)
Delivery time: 4-7 business days

Amari Home is based in Portugal (European Union). Please note that when orders are shipped internationally and reach your destination country, they may be subjected to customs charges and clearance procedures that can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
Amari Home is not responsible for any custom duties, import charges, foreign taxes or other fees which may be enforced by the destination country. These will remain at the responsibility of the customer. Should you require additional information on the custom clearance fees of your order at the destination country, please contact your local customs authorities.
No custom charges are applied to orders shipped within the European Union.
