To return a product, please contact us at geral@amarihome.pt.
Products can be returned up to 14 days after the product was received by the customer.
All products must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition in which they were received.
Please note that a handling fee of 15% of the value of the product may be charged when the product is not returned in its original purchased/packaged conditions.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Regrettably, no refunds will be considered without the original invoice.
Amari Home is not responsible for the loss of any returned products in the mail or at customs.
Amari Home will not accept returns of products that have been used, damaged, altered or that have been received by the customer for more than 14 days.
Amari Home will only accept return of products with valid reason. Under no circumstances will Amari Home accept returns and provide a refund if the customer simply changes their mind or makes the wrong decision.
The customer warrants that they have been given sufficient opportunity to inspect and examine the products in store or at the showroom, choosing to purchase the product “as is”. No returns will be accepted for products purchased or collected at our physical stores, as all risks of the product shall pass to the customer upon collection by the customer or the customer’s transporter.
While every attempt has been made to show our products in their true form, some products may vary slightly from the image shown on our website and social media platforms. We regret that no responsibility can be accepted for variations which add to the unique characteristics of our store’s products, as no two products are exactly alike.
Amari Home reserves the right to properly inspect and make informed conclusions regarding products that customers “allege” being defective/damaged. Kindly note that markings and/or imperfections are an inherent part of the very nature of our vintage/handcrafted products, rather than what may be perceived as damaged or a fault.
Amari Home does not extend any warranty on wear and tear, therefore the customer is responsible to treat the product with great care during storage and use as Amari Home will not accept liability for deterioration of any product due to careless handling, cleaning or storage.
For public health reasons, we cannot accept the return of textiles.
After Amari Home has received the product, please allow 10 business days for the refund, not accounting for the shipping costs of retuned goods.
All shipping costs for returned products are the responsibility of the customer.
Amari Home reserves the right to deny unauthorised returns that do not meet or follow our return policy and procedure.
