If you would like to cancel your order before being shipped, you may do so free of charge. Please notify us by e-mail through geral@amarihome.pt at your earliest convenience.

Once shipped, products can only be returned through our return policy procedure.

Customers may not cancel an order for custom orders prior to delivery unless Amari Home allows, in its sole and absolute discretion. In the event that the customer order is cancelled, the customer will forfeit any deposit or amount already paid for the custom order.
